Built in 1924 as a rustic fishing retreat for vaudeville star Eddie Foy and his family, Tamarack is the oldest continuously operated lodge in Mammoth Lakes and an excellent setting-off point, in all seasons, for the world-class wonderland that is the Lakes Basin.
